Rather than juggle three classes concurrently at each level the way full-time students at traditional colleges do, Leads school students focus on one course at a time. Students progress through the curriculum in sequence from simple to more complex subject material. Each class is offered at an accelerated pace. No switching gears between different subjects; no pulling all-nighters to study for three or four final exams at once. At the end of each course, you have another set of credits under your belt and you're ready to move on to the next course. |

| These are computer programs that offer students complete foundation for competency in performing clinical skills. Interactive CD-ROMs and DVD with comprehensive procedures and rationales demonstrated in realistic video clips, animations, illustrations, and photographs are available in the library. For each skill, students will be able to review equipment, preparation, procedure, purpose, post-procedure, expected outcomes and documentation. Subscribed Journals are available for student assignment and research work. |
| Nursing Skill Laboratory: The lab allows students to practice technical skills and establish a level of competency prior to clinical experience. The Nursing Skills Laboratory of Leads School of Tech has provided an environment for students to practice and demonstrate nursing skills. It has also prepared students for real life experiences through scenario-based patient care simulation. Mannequins, models and other equipments provided a non-threatening, hands-on learning environment for skill acquisition. |
